If you see Unavailable listed in the Actions column on the remittance reports page after you search for your MedImpact Chain ID, this indicates that your pharmacy is receiving 835s through a payment center, or third party reconciliation group. 835s are not available via the MedImpact Pharmacy Portal. Please reach out to your payment center or third party reconciliation group.
If your pharmacy is not in the MedImpact Network yet, then remittance reports will not be available from the MedImpact Pharmacy Portal.
To receive 835s instead of downloadable remittance reports, please request this from the third party reconciliation group you wish to work with.
If you need to update banking information for pharmacy currently enrolled in EFT, you must disenroll from EFT, and re-enroll with the correct banking information.
If your pharmacy wants to switch from one PSAO to another, this must first be requested in NCPDP.
Once this is updated in NCPDP, please work with your PSAO for the affiliation change to reflect in MedImpact.
You can access the MedImpact Pharmacy Portal by logging in with your NCPDP username and password.
